Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders within India.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days (Exception for Pre-order booking).
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days after dispatch.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email once the order is shipped.

International Shipping

  • Free International Shipping is offered on orders above ₹25,000 (excluding items marked under “Special Price”).
  • If your order includes even a single Special Price item, a flat ₹2000 shipping fee will be applicable regardless of the total order value.
  • Delivery timelines range from 8-15 working days depending on the destination country.
  • International shipments are sent via reliable express couriers.

Dispatch & Delays

We strive to dispatch all ready-to-ship items within 3-5 working days. However, delays may occur in the following situations:

  • Public holidays, Sundays, or natural calamities
  • Unexpected logistical issues or service disruptions
  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and provide the option to wait, choose an alternate product, or request a store credit/refund.

Packaging

All our sarees are packed with the utmost care to ensure safety and elegance. For multiple-product orders, we generally combine products in one shipment unless you request separate packaging (additional charges may apply).

Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery address falls under a remote or out-of-service zone, our logistics partner may charge a remote area surcharge. We will inform you in advance before dispatching the shipment.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • For most countries, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis — meaning no import customs duty is payable at the time of delivery.
  • In rare cases, local customs, VAT, or import taxes may be levied, depending on the destination country’s rules.
  • If any such charges are applied, we advise customers to pay them. You may share the invoice with us, and we will offer a store credit for the duty amount (if DDP is promised).
  • Orders above certain thresholds (e.g., $2500 in the USA) may require additional documents like passport copy, tax ID, or national ID. Delays or failure to provide documents may result in the shipment returning to India — such cases are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • All products are shipped from our warehouse and are ready to ship unless otherwise mentioned.
  • We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on destination and external factors such as courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will provide full support to track and resolve your order.
