Do you offer personalized saree designs?

Yes! We offer an innovative design tool that lets you create unique sarees. You can visualize your design on models before ordering. Note that customized products are non-returnable.

What are your shipping timelines?

Domestic (India): Dispatched in 3-5 working days, delivery in 5-7 days.
International: 8-15 working days. Free shipping on orders above ₹25,000 (except Special Price items).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via express couriers. Most international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no additional customs charges at delivery. Orders above certain values may require additional documentation.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Indian payment methods like UPI and Net Banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment gateways. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. For any transaction issues, you'll be notified immediately.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Currently, we only accept prepaid orders to ensure faster processing and delivery of your handcrafted Banarasi silks.

Return & Exchange

What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate nature of handwoven silks, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatches. Requests must be made within 48 hours with supporting images. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Are all products returnable?

No. Customized products, stitched blouses, sale items, and products with fall/pico/tassels are non-returnable. Minor color variations due to photography or screen settings don't qualify for returns.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued as store credit or bank refunds within 7-15 working days. Bank refunds may have processing charges. For incorrect/damaged items, we may offer replacements of equal value.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel unstitched sarees, stoles, and dupattas before shipment. Customized items cannot be cancelled. Refunds may be issued as credit notes or bank refunds (minus processing fees).

Product & Care

How should I care for my Banarasi silk?

Dry clean only. Store folded in muslin cloth to allow fabric to breathe. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Never machine wash or wring the fabric as it may damage the zari work.

Why do colors look different from the website?

Due to fabric texture, lighting during photography, and screen calibration differences, colors may vary slightly. These variations are inherent to handwoven textiles and don't qualify as defects.

What makes your Banarasi silks authentic?

As a fourth-generation Varanasi-based weaver family since 1920, we use traditional techniques with premium silk and real zari (gold/silver threads). Each saree comes with our authenticity certificate.
