Free Shipping is available on all orders within India.

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days (excluding Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities).

Pre-Orders: Pre-order bookings are dispatched within 15 working days. In case of heavy design/customization work, additional time may be required.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the location.

Order Tracking: A tracking link will be shared with you via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Free International Shipping is offered on orders above ₹25,000 (excluding items marked under “Special Price”).

General Terms

As our products are handwoven and delicate, we allow cancellations, returns, or exchanges only in exceptional cases.

Minor color variations due to lighting or monitor settings do not qualify as defects.
Products with fall, pico, tassels, or blouse detachment are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized products and stitched blouses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect dispatch.
Return requests must be made within:
48 hours via email to info@regalbanaras.com, with supporting images, for incorrect/damaged items.

The product must be:

Unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags and invoice.
Opened, tried-on, unfolded, or tampered products are not eligible.
Overseas customers bear return shipping charges; domestic returns are free.
